I got off my ass (not literally) and updated my 100 Things in 1001 Days list. I've finished 18, 28, 66, and 83 since the last time I told anyone how I was doing with this. Because you all care. Oh so much. I also did the first part of #29 (Buy a Diva cup and try it for four months), but I can't get the freaking thing in. >.< Ahahaha. Go me. Not.
It's weird being alone in a house and knowing that almost no one's going to come in the next two weeks. Some of my coworkers have been making jokes about a huge party, but that's not going to happen. If I bury myself in stuff, maybe I won't feel lonely. I'm behind already anyway. Since when have I been sitting here for two hours?

Leaving for Ontario tomorrow! Excited!
Jun. 28th, 2006 10:00 amYess, I'm flying out with my brother to Toronto to meet my parents and then go and stay with my grandparents in St. Catherine's. It'll be fun, I tell you, fun! Plus Grannie always spoils us rotton, and that's always something to look forward to.
But, you know, there's the house-cleaning so Mom doesn't have an anyeurism (sp) when she walks in the front door. MY part of the house is clean, Ben's isn't. Whatever. I'm not cleaning it. -_-;; I've had enough to do today, what with making muffins so we have something to eat on the plane and using up my left-over tofu. Mmm...stir-fry. So yes, that's #26 crossed off my list. I'm in the middle of #9, #10, and #28 right now.
So yes, I've been busy. Hopefully I get to make up for that next week. :P Especially 'cause Ben and I are planning on going to Canada's Wonderland.

So...my cieday was interesting. Thal wanted us to go for a walk, but I got too lazy.:P Anyway, here's the bad water-colour that I did, though I suppose it's technically a mixed-media work. There's coloured pencils and acrylic on it as well. Wei also did a really long written down conversation that degenerated into an arguement about my parents, but I'm not going to post it.
I found a random idea that I decided to copy and make my own. It's called 101 things in 1001 days, or something like that. And you do...basically what it says. With a list of 101 things that you'd like to do and have to do in 1001 days, which is something like two and a half years. I made my list last night and this morning, and I'm starting tomorrow. I have such random stuff on there. xD Like: Buy a hat. Because I'm so not going to before March 2009! Still, it should be interesting. I'm starting on #28 and #53 tomorrow.
Also tomorrow is my Grade 9 piano exam. O.o I'm a little worried, especially on the technical aspect of it. I really should have practiced my scales more. Ah well, as long as my wrist don't start randomly hurting tomorrow (no knitting for me!), I'll be fine.

Note to self: remember to hide all Wiccan books and not leave them randomly on the kitchen counter. This weekend's going to be a crazy cleaning frenzy, you just wait. Or at least, it will be if I can get my wonderful brother to do anything. *scowl* I'm planning to bribe him with fresh, home-made peanut-butter cookies, but he still seems like he wants to be lazy and not do anything! If we clean it well enough, maybe Mom won't get so bitchy and anal on us. Last time she wiped off the counters four times and I'd sanitized them and everything! *sigh*
Anyway, it's late and I should go to bed for the night. Need to get a good sleep for my exam tomorrow.
