So I've bought a book. It also happens to be one I don't particularly like. I tried reading it, got about two chapters in, and gave up. Went to look for something more interesting. I paid twenty dollars for this book yesterday. Not only that, but it's sticky and smells like fruit punch. Go me. -_-
In other library-ish news, I was going to renew a book this morning online when I noticed it said I had five overdue books. Five? wtf? Now I know, I know I returned all my books yesterday except one. This doesn't make any sense at all, and I'm not about to be fined for books that I returned on time. Now I have to call the library tomorrow or something (didn't have time this morning, and it closes before I'm off work) and start to bitch until they remove the fines. Oh joy.
It was so freaking nice out today. It was such a pity I had to work, because I could have spent the whole day outside. Doing yardwork. :P No, I'm kididng. I probably would've been on the computer all day, since I've been on all night. Well, two hours of the night. Once I'd stopped reading this spiffing book about a lady who has magic she can't control, and has to curse things. Giant killer grapefruit. I was laughing soo hard, and I think it was supposed to be serious. I stopped reading once I thought it was getting serious and came down here.
Swing tomorrow! Hurrah! And random pre-Beltaine/Buffy marathon goodness. Though it's supposed to rain, so there may not be a fire. =(
