Comment on this post. I will then choose seven interests from your profile and reply to you with them. Repost this meme in your own journal along with the explanations of what each chosen interest means and why you're interested in it.
1. Bones - As in, skeleton type bones, because I think there is/was a show called that. Anyway, I've always been really interested in bones. I'm not sure what it is about them. I find their shapes fascinating, and I totally want a collection of random bones I've found someday. I used to have these vertebrae of some unknown creature that I found in the desert, but I lost them and it makes me sad.
2. Dust - with a capital 'D.' It's from Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials series of books, where Dust is a kind of elementary particle that's conscious and is attracted to consciousness. It's matter that knows it's matter, sort of. Don't know if that makes sense. Anyway, it's this crazy stuff that's attracted to humans and all we create. It's dark matter, or, the stuff that no one can see, but we know is there because if it weren't nothing in the universe would stick together. Only it's fictional. And I think it's neat.
3. Snape's nose - It looks cool? xD
4. The Daemon Forum - The Dæmon Forums can be found here. It's a place where you hang out and talk about your dæmon, which is sort of like a totem, only more. The idea of the dæmon is based out of Pullman's books again. (Yes, I'm a geek). I haven't actually been to the forums in ages though. I'm afraid of the new people, and I don't know how much more I really need to talk about my dæmon.
5. Shakespeare - I'm a geek. I read Shakespeare for fun. Not often, but sometimes. I just - really like them. They can be really funny too. My favourite play is Hamlet.
6. Dancing in the snow - I like to dance in the snow. It's fun. It also reminds me of that scene in Edward Scissorhands, which inspired the first dancing in the snow that I did.
7. Soliloquies - Like the ones from Shakespeare. Because Hamlet does a lot of them and he's cool.
